Makedonija GjP denied Gostivar the West top, Vlazrimi defeated Struga, Teteks and Gorno Lisiche celebrated. Wins for both East play-off rivals Bregalnica and Borec, Sasa won while Osoigovo lost by Plachkovica.

West Round 23 results:

Teteks had no troubles with relegated side Zajazi easily clinching important three points. The Tetovo team is out of the relegation zone, but can still go down if more than one club that belongs to the West gets relegated from the top flight. Gorno Lisiche, their rivals for that save 6th place also celebrated a win by defeating Lokomotiva. For the visitors this defeat means that although they have mathematical chances, they are already relegated.

Of the promotion candidates Gostivar clinched an expected win over dead last Novaci and took over the top, but just for 24 hours as Makedonija GjP celebrated a win over Labunishta the next day and reclaimed the leading position.

A direct clash between two promotion candidates took place in Kichevo. Home side Vlazrimi 77 edged Struga thanks to a penalty goal scored just before the break.

Captain Riste Naumov scored two goals in the opening fifteen minutes giving Bregalnica a comfortable lead over Tikvesh. After the break the Shtip Blues just confirmed the win which later happened to be a huge defeat for the visitors from Kavadarci.

Their second-place rivals Borec also celebrated leaving Bregalnica third. Borec defeated Kozhuf thanks to a second half brace by Marko Gjorgjievski.

Sasa hosted the relegated side of Pobeda from Valandovo who just three days ago suffered a humiliating 12:0 defeat by leaders Belasica. This time got a far more decent result getting beat with only three goals.

Osogovo made a step towards the save zone last round, but with Sasa’s win and their fall in Radovish they are again in a bad situation.
