Nigerian striker Ibe Zito Ogbonna will arrive on trial at Vardar where he will be looking to convince manager Ilco Gjorgjioski of his qualities.
Ibe Zito Ogbonna should arrive tomorrow to begin his two week trial with Vardar before the manager Ilco Gjorgjioski will then decide whether the striker is needed on the club. Ogbonna is 28 years old and was most successful during his stint with Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv from 2003 to 2007. He is currently a free agent and Vardar will take a look at him to see if he can strengthen the team.
Vardar president Zoran Siskovski stated the following, “We are awaiting the Nigerian footballer Ibe Zito Ogbonna tomorrow afternoon, if everything goes right, in Skopje where he will join the trainings of Vardar. He will spend some time with our team, undergo medical tests, and be under the supervision of the coaching staff led by manager Ilco Gjorgjioski. If there is potential of the player raising the quality of our team, we will attempt to sign a contract with him.”
