Nestorovski continues at Udinese!

Ilija Nestorovski is back in Serie A as he signed for Udinese as a free players after his beloved Palermo was dismissed.

To top goalscorer of the Rosaneri becomes the first Macedonian to play for Udinese. Back in 2012 Stole Dimitrievski joined Udinese, but he never really played as he was mostly loaned out or with the Primavera squad. Nestorovski will definitely play for Udinese as he was signed to wake up their front line who had problems finding the back of the net as they managed to score only 39 goals in the 38 rounds. But now, Ile is here!

Nestorovski leaves Palermo after spending 3 seasons on Sicily. But only his first season he played in Serie A as his side got relegated and never managed to get back. The past season they were supposed to play a promotion play-off but were denied after got suspended for financial irregularities and later even relegated to Serie D. That meant that all of their players were free to go anywhere so Palermo won’t even get a cent for Nestorovski’s transfer.

The 29-year-old striker singed on 3 years with the Bianconeri with an option for an additional season in both sides are content. He will continue to have hisfavorite number 30 on the back.

With him at Udinese, Macedonia now has three Serie A players as Goran Pandev is still at Genoa while Elis Elmas few days ago signed for Napoli. His former Palermo teammate Aleksandar Trajkovski is also searching for a new club. At the end he may also end up in Italy’s top flight as rumors transfer him at Lecce, Bologna and Verona.
