Macedonian internationals performances (26-29.07.2019)

Boban Georgiev had a superb debut for Radnik by scoring a brace, his team-mate Zoran Danoski also scored a goal from a penalty (that he brought himself), while Nikola Gjorgjev assisted the loan goal of the game for Grasshoppers.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Gent 1:1
Gjoko Zajkov was left out of Charleroi’s squad due to a suspension from a red card that he picked up in the last game of the past season.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Čelik – Sarajevo 0:0
Krste Velkoski played another full game as his Sarajevo was held by Čelik to a goalless draw.

Bosnia Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Zrinjski – Velež 1:0
Kosta Manev and Yani Urdinov who recently signed for Velež did not make the squad. They will probably be in combination starting from the next round.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Arda – Beroe 3:1
Darko Glishikj played another full game for Arda as they defeated Beroe. Arda has so far been undefeated during the first three rounds of this season.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Dunav Ruse – Tsarsko Selo 3:1
Left back Aleksandar Isaevski made another start for Dunav Ruse and played until the 59th minute when he got substituted. The score at the time he was taken off was 3:0, meaning the goal Dunav Ruse conceded was after he left the game.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Slavia – CSKA 1:2
Darko Tasevski started the game for Slavia and lasted 78 minutes on the pitch. The score was still tied 1:1 by the time he got substituted.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Slaven Belupo – Dinamo 0:3
Muzafer Ejupi made the start for the hosts and played for 76 minutes, but couldn’t help his team score against Dinamo. For the other side, Arijan Ademi started the match on the bench and entered the game in the 69th minute, when the score was still 0:2.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Inter – Istra 0:2
Agron Rufati got relegated to the bench for this game after Istra conceded 3 goals in the first round of the season.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Gorica – Osijek 3:1
Todor Todoroski made his debut for Osijek as he found himself in the starting lineup by the visitors. He played the entire match but his team lost 3:1 to Gorica.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Lokomotiva – Rijeka 0:1
In the second game of the season, Darko Velkovski once again did not make the squad for Rijeka. So far there is no information whether he is injured or why is he sidelined.

Finland, Veikkausliiga, KPV – KuPS 2:1
Filip Ivanovski watched from the bench as his team won against Kups.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Steaua – Botoșani today at 19:00 CET

Romania, Liga I Betano, Gaz Metan – Sepsi 1:1
Mite Cikarski wasn’t called up by Gaz Metan for this game, while Marko Simonovski opened on Sepsi’s bench and played from the 82nd minute.

Serbia, SuperLiga, CrvenazZvezda – Radnički 2:0
Aleksandar Todorovski played all minutes for the visitors as his team lost against Crvena zvezda.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Radnik – Spartak 4:0
22-year-old winger Boban Georgiev had a great debut in Serbia as he directly achieved a brace in Radnik’s comfortable win against Spartak. Boban netted his first goal in the 40th minute and added the second five minutes after the half-time break. He also played a part in the fourth goal as well, by passing the ball to Zlatanović who then managed to score. The opener in the 31st minute was scored by Zoran Danoski who converted the rebound from the penalty he missed. Zoran was also the player who was fouled in the box before the penalty. Meanwhile, their teammate Nikola Bogdanovski, who recently signed for Radnik, didn’t made the matchday squad.

Highlights of the game:

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Nitra – ViOn 0:1
Milan Ristovski started at center-forward for Nitra and lasted 75 minutes on the pitch, whereas Tomche Grozdanovski played the last quarter hour for the away side. Eventually Tomche’s team won the game.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Trenčín – Ružomberok 1:1
Tihomir Kostadinov played the entre game for the visitors as his team collected one point away to Trenčín.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Žilina – Spartak 4:2
Enis Fazlagikj began in defensive midfield for the hosts and played 45 minutes as he was replaced directly after the half-time break.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Sereď – Senica 2:1
Dejan Iliev was again Sereď’s starting goalkeeper and conceded one goal in the win against Senica. For coach Slavcho Vojneski and Dejan this was the first win in the Slowakian top tier.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Göteborg – Norrköping 0:0
David Mitov Nilsson didn’t play as he served as Norrköping’s reserve goalie.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Wil – Grasshoppers 0:1
Nikola Gjorgjev opened on the visitors left wing and played 83 minutes. Nikola played a big role in the away win as he was credited with the assist for the lone goal of the game netted in the 4th minute. Gjorgjev took a right-footed shot from the left side, the goalkeeper wasn’t able to control the ball and Nikola’s teammate scored from the rebound.
