Denny Musovski did not need much time as he already brought a decision to play for the Macedonian national team, FFM confirms.

Coach Igor Angelovski few days ago spoke with the Los Angeles striker over the phone and invited him to play for Macedonia. Danny was caught up surprised by the call and said he needed time to think about the offer.

He already brought a decision and shared the good news with Angelovski. Denny will play for Macedonia, probably right in the next national team window in November if his Macedonian passport arrives in time. Both his parent have Macedonian documents, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

“I am really glad that Danny accepted to play for Macedonia. We had an honest conversation and I am expecting him in our squad for the next matches in November. We will increase the competition in the attack which I think it will benefit all. His effect in Los Angeles has been great. Our duty is to try and raise the competition in the team with players that will bring quality and will contribute into achieving better results. I hope that Musovski will bring exactly that into our national team”, said Angelovski for the official web site of our Federation.

In November, Macedonia first plays the EURO qualifying play-off final with Georgia on the 12th, while on the 15th and the 18th are the closing Nations League matches against Estonia and Armenia.
