The 24-year-old central defender eventually left the Macedonian league. What was expected to happen eventually got realized as earlier today both clubs confirmed the transfer. According to some sources, Shkendija will get half a million Euros for the transfer, while it still not clear how long contract the player signed.

Musliu joined Shkendija in February 2018 from fierce rivals Vardar and since won the domestic league twice and scored twice against Pelister in the Macedonian Cup final in 2018 to win that trophy as well.

However, Musliu did not have the best farewell with the Tetovo based team. After getting shamefully eliminated from Estonian Kalju in the Champions League, Musliu and his teammates got another blast this time in the Europa League qualifiers by Luxembourgian side Dudelange. On his last match for Shkendija, Musliu got a red card against Dudelange on the road.

At Fehérvár he won’t have troubles adapting as he will be welcomed by Boban Nikolov, a national team teammate of Visar from both the U21 generation that went to the 2017 EURO and now the senior team. He chose the jersey with the number 16.

“I am happy that I’ve joined Fehérvár. I have enough info about the club, I will play alongside Boban Nikolov whom I know very well as we have played together in the national team for years. I come here with high expectations, I’m aiming for both league and cup trophies.” – said Musliu during his presentation.
