Mladost shakes up squad with 8 new signings

Mladost players will have a tough second half-seasonRelegation candidates Mladost from Carev Dvor brought several new players in order to win the fight for avoiding relegation.

Two Portuguese players, two Montenegrins and four Macedonians is outcome of the winter transfer window for Mladost so far. The First League debutant who currently lies second-to-last is determined to put up a big fight in order to be in this league next season as well.

João Diogo Campos Caminata and Dani Borrageiro Ladeira are the two players who come from Portuguese third league side Mirandel and Camacha. The first is a 21-year-old winger, while the later is a 19-year-old midfielder who is actually born in South Africa.

Petar Sušić is a 17-year-old Montenegrin central defender who comes from Budoćnost and has been capped once for his country’s U17 national team. His 18-year-old countrymen Blagoje Đurković played for BSK Borča in Serbia, also a defender. Both, however, don’t have any senior level club appearance and it is questionable how much they can really help Mladost.

Finally, the Macedonian signings are these: Aleksandar Gjorgjievski, 23-year-old right back who used to play for Pobeda before moving a German lower league side this past summer; then the young talent of Metalurg, 19-year-old defensive midfielder Naumche Bakracheski; 17-year-old midfielder Agon Hani of Akademija Pandev and finally goalkeeper Amir Jashar (24) who comes from Second League side Gostivar.

As you can see all of Mladost’s signings so far are very young players with only Gjorgjievski and Jashar being a bit more experienced. Mladost had serious injury problems between the posts andonce even had to field a 16-year-old keeper. The club also named Bojan Zahariev as their new manager.

So far left the club the two Japanese players Koken Kuroki and Shuhei Shimitsu, then CB Hristijan Dragarski who due to injury did not play a single minute and now joined Moldovan side Dacia, experienced keeper Pece Korunovski, RB’s Ilir Elmazovski and Naum Veljanoski, CM Blagojche Konjarski, CF Blagojche Markovski. The last two joined Pelister.
