Striker Mirko Ivanovski was not offered a contract by Dinamo Minsk and returned to the Arka reserves when he scored two goals in a recent friendly.
Before joining the national team on 27 February for the start of preparations for the Luxembourg friendly that was played two days later, Mirko Ivanovski was on trial with Dinamo Minsk from Belarus. However, the club decided not to sign Ivanovski who has returned to Poland to train with the Arka reserves. Keep in mind that Mirko was demoted to the reserves after handing in a transfer request but he was unable to land with a new club. The Arka manager has told Ivanovski that he must show the right attitude with the reserves if he wants to return to the first team. Mirko has a valid contract with Arka until the summer of 2012 and during the winter transfer window, he had unsuccessful trials with Karlsruher and Dinamo Minsk after being given permission by Arka to look for a new club.
Upon his return to Poland, Mirko Ivanovski scored a brace for the Arka reserves during a friendly against Gryf Wejherowo on 7 March. Ivanovski played until the 65th minute of the friendly and scored his two goals in the 20th and 58th minute as the Arka reserves drew 2:2 against Gryf Wejherowo.
