Mirsad Mijadinoski scored a goal for Debrecen in the Europa League, while Goran Pandev returned from his injury for Inter.
UEFA Champions League, Group A, Inter – Tottenham 4:3
Goran Pandev returned from his injury and started on the bench for Inter before he came on in the 61st minute replacing Cristian Chivu. Inter was leading 4:1 when Pandev entered the game and he played mostly on the left side and was asked to track back and help out on defense. Inter seemed to be in control of the game but then Gareth Bale scored two late goals to give Inter a scare but it was too little too late and Inter held on for the victory.
UEFA Champions League, Group H, Braga – Partizan 2:0
Aleksandar Lazevski played the entire game for Partizan and had a chance in the 37th minute when he received a good long pass from Milan Smiljanić which he chested down nicely before he unleashed a shot that was wide of the goal.
UEFA Europa League, Group E, AZ Alkmaar – Dynamo Kyiv 1:2
Goran Popov was not called up by Dynamo Kyiv because of an injury. Dynamo’s website stated that Popov will probably miss another two weeks in order to make a full recovery.
UEFA Europa League, Group C, Lille – Levski 1:0
Darko Tasevski did not play for Levski because of an injury.
UEFA Europa League, Group I, Debrecen – PSV Eindhoven 1:2
Mirsad Mijadinoski played all 90 minutes for Debrecen and opened the scoring in the 35th minute before PSV equalized in the 40th minute and eventually scored the game winning goal in the 66th minute.
Czech Republic, 1. Gambrinus Liga, Slovácko – Sigma Olomouc 0:2
Ilija Nestorovski started on the bench for Slovácko before he entered the game in the 69th minute replacing Lukáš Fujerik. Nestorovski immediately became a threat and attempted a shot in the 72nd minute which was off target before he had another chance in the 77th minute but his shot was over the goal.
