Midweek internationals performances

Bojan Markoski received a red card for Apollon in their match against APOEL, while the teams of Goran Popov and Aleksandar Trajkovski were eliminated from the English FA Cup and Belgian Cup, respectively.

England, FA Cup, West Brom – QPR 0:1
Goran Popov played the entire game at left-back for West Brom who was officially eliminated from the FA Cup by losing 1:2 on aggregate over the two games against QPR.

Cyprus, Laiki Bank League, Alki – Anorthosis 0:3
Nikola Gligorov was an unused substitute for Alki.

Cyprus, Laiki Bank League, Apollon – APOEL 1:2
Bojan Markoski started for Apollon at CB and played until the 70th minute when he was shown a red card by the referee.  The score was tied 1:1 at that point but APOEL managed to score the game winner in the 90th minute to take home all three points.

Cyprus, Coca Cola Cup, Omonia – Ethnikos Achnas 2:0
Marko Jovanovski stayed on the bench for Ethnikos Achnas as the #2 keeper behind Marko Šarlija.  Omonia exited the Cypriot Cup by losing 0:4 on aggregate to Omonia, a club managed by Macedonian coach Toni Savevski.

Belgium, Cofidis Cup, Gent – Zulte Waregem 0:1
Aleksandar Trajkovski was an unused substitute for Zulte Waregem who was eliminated from the Belgium Cup despite the win over Gent in the second leg.  However, Zulte Waregem lost 0:5 in the first leg so they lost 1:5 on aggregate.

Greece, Football Cup OPAP, Veria – Xanthi 2:1
Marjan Altiparmakovski was not among the 18 players called up by Xanthi.

Greece, Football League, Iraklis – Kallithea 0:0
Hristijan Kirovski was not included in the squad by Iraklis.
