Midweek internationals performances

The midweek period saw a limited number of Macedonian players in action.  Here is a recap of their performances:

Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Steaua Bucureşti – Astra 2:0
Daniel Georgievski remains out win an injury for Steaua Bucureşti, while Mirko Ivanovski began on the bench for Astra before he entered the game in the 77th minute replacing Kehinde Fatai.  Steaua prevailed in the matchup between the top two teams on the table to build a 10 point edge over Astra.

Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Viitorul – Concordia 1:1
Egzon Belica was not included in the 18 player squad by Concordia.

Belgium, Cofidis Cup, Zulte Waregem – Genk 0:5
Aleksandar Trajkovski played the entire game for Zulte Waregem who suffered a heavy home defeat in the first leg of their quarter-finals matchup against Genk.

Israel, Ligat Winner, Bnei Sakhnin – Ironi Kiryat Shmona 1:3
Darko Tasevski got the start for Ironi Kiryat Shmona and played until the 79th minute when he was substituted by Adi Elisha.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Polonia Warszawa – Pogoń Szczecin 2:0
Aleksandar Todorovski played all 90 minutes for Polonia Warszawa at right back as the win moved the club within five points of top ranked Legia Warszawa on the standings.

Azerbaijan, Topaz Premyer Liqası, Neftçi – Ravan 2:0
Igor Mitreski played the entire game for Neftçi and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the home victory over Ravan.

Greece, Football Cup OPAP, Ethnikos Gazoros – Skoda Xanthi 1:1
Marjan Altiparmakovski was not among the 20 players called up by Skoda Xanthi.
