Makedonija GjP comes back to First League, Gostivar relegated (Video)

Makedonija Gjorche Petrov beat Gorno Lisiche on Saturday and clinched a place in the First League for next season. A converted penalty by veteran striker Janchevski brought the needed three points to the Lions. Makedonija GjP won the First League in the 2008/2009 season and had spent 15 season in the Macedonian top flight.

Teteks lost by Vlazrimi 77 on the road and now risks to lose the promotion play-off spot. Vlazrimi 77 is now only a point behind them and will must beat Pobeda away in the last round and pray that Teteks won’t celebrate at home against already promoted Makedonija GjP.

Ljubanci hosted Pelister in a match featuring two sided that needed the win, but at the end no goals were scored. Pelister still has theoretical chances for the 3rd place, but also both may end up in the relegation play-off.

Despite beating dead last Kozhuf Miravci, Gostivar officially got relegated. Gostivar can tie Gorno Lisiche on points, but the later is better in the head-to-head results. Next season Gostivar will play in the Third League West.

Skopje celebrated a lone goal over promoted Pobeda but still can’t end up third because has a worse head-to-head score with Teteks.
