Maco-Australian Jake Angelovski signs for Leganés!

Eighteen-year-old Macedonian-Australian goalkeeper has come to Europe as today he signed a contract with La Liga side Leganés.

Jake Angelovski started his career is the most famous Macedonian-Australian football club, the Preston Lions. He was part of its youth teams, while the past season he was part of another Maco-Australian club, the Altona Magic. Born in Melbourne with origins are from Bitola, Jake also speaks Macedonian and is eligible to represent Macedonia, besides Australia.

He signed a contract with Leganés, a club from the suburbs of Madrid and a member of the La Liga. Being still very young, Angelovski will first play for the club’s U19 team which competes in the Group 5 of the División de Honor Juvenil, the top level of the Spanish football league system for youth players 18 years old and under.

FFM is already familiar with Jake and we may see him soon summoned in one of the youth national teams.
