Kristijan Naumovski was given the start by Dinamo Bucureşti manager Ioan Andone but did not have a good game. He looked shaky on crosses and his positioning was not good. On the first goal, it came from a corner when Ciprian Brata chested down the ball and unleashed a powerful volley past Naumovski. The second goal came on a penalty but Naumovski went to the right while the penalty kick taker went right down the middle. That was a soft penalty as there wasn’t much contact in the box but the referee blew the whistle and pointed to the spot.

Stojkov had two great chances but in the 26th minute his header was saved by the opposing keeper while in the 28th minute he showed great skill getting around his marker but his shot from a promising position was just wide of the left post.

After the game, Eintracht manager Michael Skibbe praised Aleksandar Vasoski and stated he played very well despite a long injury break.
