Vasoski on trainingAleksandar Vasoski is finally healthy and played in a game for the first time since November 6, 2009, while the Ukrainian League got underway but Goran Popov did not play for Dynamo Kyiv because of an injury.

Ukraine, Vyshcha Liha, Obolon Kyiv – Dynamo Kyiv 2:2
Goran Popov did not play for Dynamo Kyiv because of an injury which is not believed to be serious but it did prevent him from playing in this game.  Dynamo had a 2:0 lead but Obolon pulled one back in the 60th minute and equalized in the 90th minute.

Russia, Premier-Liga, Amkar Perm – Tom’ Tomsk 2:1
Goran Maznov started on the bench for Tom’ before he entered the game in the 73rd minute replacing Artem Dzyuba.  Tom’ took the lead in the 69th minute when the referee awarded them with a soft penalty but two minutes later, the referee returned the favor and gave Amkar a soft penalty which they converted to make it 1:1.  Amkar got all three points when Aleksandr Kolomeytsev scored in the third minute of stoppage time.

Artim Polozani wasn’t among the 18 players called up by Krylya Sovetov.

Friendly, Eintracht Braunschweig – Schalke 04 2:1
Besart Ibraimi started on the bench for Schalke before he came on in the 59th minute replacing Bogdan Müller but his team suffered a humiliating loss against a team from the German 3rd Liga.  After the game, Schalke manager Felix Magath stated that Eintracht deserved to win the game and that his players complained that they were tired from all the running in training.

Friendly, ERGO Nationalelf – Schalke 04 0:4
Besart Ibraimi played the 2nd half for Schalke as a lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Friendly, Olympia Fauerbach – Eintracht Frankfurt 0:13
Aleksandar Vasoski is finally healthy and played the 1st half for Eintracht Frankfurt while his teammate and fellow Macedonian goalee Oka Nikolov did not play.

Friendly, Mattersburg – Újpest 0:0
Ilco Naumoski did not play for Mattersburg.  Ilco will be suspended for the first five games and with the Austrian league starting on July 18 for Mattersburg, manager Franz Lederer played the guys he is counting on for the start of the year since this was Mattersburg’s last friendly before their first league game.

Friendly, Aarau – Biel-Bienne 0:3
Aco Stojkov remains out with an injury for Aarau.  The first league game for Aarau is on July 26 against Locarno.

Friendly, Westerlo – Germinal Beerschot 0:2
Tome Pacovski kept a clean sheet for Germinal Beerschot and played until the 75th minute when the match was abandoned due to inclement weather.  There were thunderstorms and lightning and the referee felt it was too dangerous to continue the game.

Friendly, Neftçi – Universitatea Cluj 0:1
Slavco Georgievski played the 1st half for Neftçi.  Georgievski will be joined by fellow Macedonian Igor Mitreski for the upcoming season as Mitreski agreed to a 2 year deal with Neftçi on Friday.

Friendly, Istra 1961 – Steel Azin 1:0
Armend Alimi once again started for Istra 1961.

Friendly, Gorica – Istra 1961 2:2
Armend Alimi started on the bench before he came on in the 2nd half.

Friendly, Slovácko – SFC Opava 3:2
Ilija Nestorovski started on the bench for Slovácko before he came on in the 77th minute replacing Petr Švancara.  Nestorovski had a good chance to increase the lead just minutes after he came on the pitch but he just missed and it finished 3:2.  Up next for Slovácko is the Czech League which starts on July 17th.

Friendly, GKS Bełchatów – Widzew Łódź 2:4
Zlatko Tanevski played all 90 minutes for Bełchatów.

Friendly, Aardenburg – Lierse 0:19
Nderim Nedzipi played the 2nd half for Lierse and scored a goal as his team put 19 past Aardenburg.

Friendly, EHC Hoensbroek – Roda 0:2
Aleksandar Stankov, Antonio Stankov, and Yani Urdinov all started on the bench for Roda before Aleksandar Stankov came on at the start of the 2nd half while Antonio Stankov and Yani Urdinov both entered the game in the 60th minute.

Friendly, Go Ahead Eagles – Heerenveen 2:2
Samir Fazli played the 1st half for Heerenveen.

Friendly, Lokomotiv Astana – Okzhetpes 3:1
Vlade Lazarevski made his debut for Lokomotiv Astana and played the entire game while his teammate Bobi Bozinovski also got the start and opened the scoring from a free kick before he was substituted in the 2nd half.
