Macedonian Internationals performances

altBesart Ibraimi makes his debut for Schalke 04, while Goran Pandev, Boban Grncarov, and Bojan Markovski all score for their respective teams.

Italy, Serie A, Inter – Cagliari 3:0
Goran Pandev started for Inter in the trequartista role with Wesley Sneijder suspended and he played behind Diego Milito and Samuel Eto’o who played his first game since returning from the African Cup of Nations.  Pandev opened the scoring in the 6th minute and was very active as Inter dominated.  He also assisted on Inter’s 3rd goal with a clever pass that found Milito who did the rest.  Pandev played all 90 minutes.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Mainz – Borussia Mönchengladbach 1:0
Nikolce Noveski continues his solid play with Mainz as he once again played all 90 minutes.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Borrusia Dortmund – Eintracht Frankfurt 2:3
Oka Nikolov played all 90 minutes for Eintracht while Aleksandar Vasoski remains out with a knee injury.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Freiburg – Schalke 04 0:0
Besart Ibraimi made his debut for Schalke as he came on as a substitute in the 77th minute replacing Christoph Moritz.  Schalke dominated possession and had many great chances but they just couldn’t put the ball in the back of the net.

France, Ligue 1, Grenoble – Auxerre 5:0
Robert Popov was not among the 18 players called up by Auxerre who were beaten easily away to Grenoble.

England, League Championship, Swansea – Preston North End 2:0
Velice Sumulikoski continues to be left out of the team by manager Darren Ferguson.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Heerenveen – Utrecht 2:0
Goran Popov
played all 90 minutes for Heerenveen who got a much needed victory.  This was the first game for Heerenveen under new manager Jan Everse who is Heerenveen’s 3rd manager this year.

Belgium, Jupiler League, Westerlo – Germinal Beerschot 1:1
Tome Pacovski played all 90 minutes for the visitors who fell behind 1:0 in the 56th minute but they equalized four minutes later to take a point from this game.

Belgium, Jupiler League, Cercle Brugge – Roeselare 2:0
Igor Gjuzelov started on the bench for Cercle before he came on in the 88th minute to help protect Cercle’s lead.

Belgium, EXQI League, Lierse – Brussels 2:0
Nderim Nedzipi
came on as a substitute for Lierse in the 85th minute with them leading 2:0.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, St. Gallen – Sion 1:0

Aleksandar Mitreski played all 90 minutes for Sion and received a yellow card in the 59th minute.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Aarau – Bellinzona 6:3
A much needed three points for Aco Stojkov and his team Aarau.  Aarau is battling with Bellinzona to avoid relegation so this was a must win game for Aarau as they were trailing Bellinzona by 8 points before the start of the game. Stojkov assisted on two of the six goals and played until the 90th minute when he was substituted for Toni Lehtinen and received a yellow card in the 67th minute.

Cyprus, Protathlima A’Katigopias, Enosis Neon Paralimni – AEL 1:2
The three Macedonians on Enosis Neon Paralimni Petar Milosevski, Bojan Markovski, and Ivan Trickovski all started and played the entire game.  AEL opened the scoring in the 4th minute before Bojan Markovski tied the game at 1:1 in the 36th minute.  The score would stay 1:1 until the 80th minute when Clayton scored for the visitors giving them all three points. Vlatko Grozdanoski remains out with an injury for AEL.

Cyprus, Protathlima A’Katigopias, Apollon – Paphos 0:0
Jane Nikoloski played all 90 minutes for the visitors as he kept a clean sheet.

Cyprus, Protathlima A’Katigopias, APOEL – Aris 5:0
Boban Grncarov played all 90 minutes for the defending champions in Cyprus as he scored in the 73rd minute to give APOEL a 3:0 lead at that point.  They went on to add two more to make it 5:0.

Israel, Ligat HaAl, Maccabi Netanya – Maccabi Petah Tikva 2:2
Vanco Trajanov played the entire first half for the visitors before he was replaced at the start of the 2nd half.

Israel, Liga Leumit, Hapoel Jerusalem – Hapoel Kiryat Shmona 2:4
Zoran Baldovaliev played all 90 minutes for the visitors and he opened the scoring in the 63rd minute.  This was his second game for Hapoel Kiryat Shmona after joining them from Bulgarian team Lokomotiv Sofia.
