Macedonian internationals performances (28-31.08.2020)

This past weekend Stefan Spirovski had a goal and an assist, Ivan Trichkovski, Arijan Ademi scored once, Mite Cikarski and Stefan Ashkovski assisted once.

Albania, Super Cup, Tirana – Teuta 1:2
Kristijan Toshevski wasn’t called up by Tirana, while his teammate Filip Najdovski made the start and played until the 63rd minute. In the 32nd minute he also received a yellow card. For Teuta Blagoja Todorovski as usual was a starter and played until the half-time break, whereas Bobi Celeski stayed on the bench as the reserve goalkeeper. Eventually, Teuta won the Albanian Super Cup.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Antwerpen 2:0
Gjoko Zajkov didn’t make the hosts matchday squad.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Radnik – Sarajevo 0:2
Krste Velkoski didn’t make Sarajevo’s squad for this game.

Viktor Angelov wasn’t part of the visitors matchday squad.

Konstantin Cheshmedjiev was all minutes in central defense for the hosts as his team collected one point against Tuzla City.

Mite Cikarski played from the 43rd minute for Botev and just a couple of minutes later in the 6th minute of the first half stoppage time he provided the assist for the 1:2 lead. Unfortunately Arda netted two more goals, so Mite’s team lost on the road.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, CSKA – Slavia 1:0
Darko Tasevski is still injured, so he didn’t play for Slavia in this encounter.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Dinamo – Osijek 4:1
Arijan Ademi started for Dinamo and played the entire game. In the 71st minute it was Arijan who netted the important 2:1 lead. Earlier in the 41st minute he also picked up a yellow card. For Osijek Todor Todoroski played the last quarter hour, whereas Mile Todorov didn’t make the squad.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Rijeka – Istra 1961 2:1
Darko Velkovski was a starter for Rijeka and lasted 79 minutes on the pitch, while his teammate Milan Ristovski was an unused substitute. Meanwhile, Agron Rufati also watched the entire game from the bench, but from the visitors one.

Cyprus, Protáthlima Cyta, AEL – Nea Salamis 2:1
Davor Zdravkovski opened on AEL’s bench and was introduced in the 80th minute.

Big game for the Macedonian trio Ivan Trichkovski, Daniel Mojsov and Stefan Spirovski. Ivan as usual was AEK’s captain and also scored a goal in the 72nd minute, Daniel played as a central back and helped his team to keep a clean sheet, while Stefan netted the opener already in the 7th minute and provided the assist for the second goal scored in the 55th minute. In the end there was a win against Cypriot giants APOEL.

Cyprus, Protáthlima Cyta, Doxa – Ethnikos 2:1
Damjan Shishkovski was Doxa’s goalkeeper and conceded one goal, while his teammate Dushko Trajchevski also started, but played until the 61st minute. For the visitors, goalie Martin Bogatinov and Jovan Kostovski were also starters and both of them played the whole match. Eventually, the hosts grabbed three points.

Finland, Veikkausliiga, HJK – Mariehamn 6:1
Ferhan Hasani wasn’t included in HJK’s squad on this match.

France, Ligue 2, Niort – Chambly 1:1
Vlatko Stojanovski still hasn’t had his debut for Chambly where he is loaned from Nimes.

Mirko Ivanovski was not among the called up players for the home team, same as Bojan Miovski for MTK.

Visar Musliu played the whole match for the away team and earned a yellow card in the 29th minute while Boban Nikolov was unused substitute for Fehérvár.

Kire Ristevski missed this match because of a red card suspension from the previous round.

Kazakhstan, Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy, Kaysar – Tobol 2:1
Aleksa Amanovikj played the whole match for the away team.

Norway, Eliteserien, Sarpsborg 08 – Bodo/Glimt 0:3
David Mitov Nilsson was the goalkeeper for Sarpsborg 08 and conceded three goals, one from penalty. The penalty was missed, but the referee decided that Nilsson moved too early and ordered to be taken again.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Botoșani – Poli Iași 4:0
Both David Babunski and Stefan Ashkovski were on the bench at the beginning of the match and Babunski entered in the 41st minute while Stefan Ashkovski came in in the 65th minute and after that their team scored the four goals. Ashkovski assisted the third goal scored by Ofosu with a nice through ball in the 84th minute.

David Toshevski replaced Shomudorov in the 85th minute and earned a yellow card in the last minute of the match due to a clumsy challenge.

Aleksa Jordanov was Napredak’s goalkeeper on this match.

Serbia, Linglong Tire SuperLiga, Novi Pazar – Radnik 0:0
Zoran Danoski entered the match for the away team on the start of the second half, while Nikola Bogdanovski wasn’t included in Radnik’s squad for this match.

Tihomir Kostadinov didn’t play for the hosts as he is still recovering from an injury.
