Abdurahimi after his goal; photo: sporting.beBesart Abdurahimi scored in his official debut for Lokeren, Daniel Mojsov netted an important goal for Brann in their efforts to escape the relegation zone, Adis Jahovikj provided an assist for Rijeka, Aleksandar Damchevski had a nightmarish start with NAC Breda with an own goal, while Stevica Ristikj collected a goal for Jeonnam against his former club Suwon in South Korea.

Germany, DFB-Pokal, Chemnitzer – Mainz 5:5  (Chemnitzer advanced 5:4 on penalties)
Nikolche Noveski was not included in the Mainz squad due to a minor knee injury.  Mainz has had a disastrous start to the season.  First, Mainz was eliminated from the Europa League against Greek side Asteras Tripoli, and now they were also eliminated from the German Cup by third division side Chemnitzer.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Oostende – Mechelen 2:0
Tome Pachovski was relegated to the bench by Mechelen where he served as the #2 keeper behind Wouter Biebauw.

Aleksandar Trajkovski started on the wing for Zulte Waregem and played until the 87th minute when he was substituted by Raphaël Cacérès.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Lokeren – Lierse 2:0
Besart Abdurahimi made his league debut for Lokeren by getting the start in attack and playing until the 63rd minute when he was replaced by Mbaye Leye.  Abdurahimi scored the second goal for Lokeren in the 23rd minute with a left footed shot from the edge of the area.  After the goal, Besart took off his jersey which led to a yellow card.

Belgium, Cofidis Cup, OH Leuven – Bocholter 1:0
Jovan Kostovski came off the bench in the 2nd half for OH Leuven to substitute Ibrahim Somé.  OH Leuven barely edged lower division side Bocholter to advance to the next round of the Belgian Cup.

Austria, Tipico Bundesliga, Sturm Graz – Austria Wien 1:1
Both Vanche Shikov of Austria Wien and Aleksandar Todorovski of Sturm Graz played the entire game for their respective teams.  Shikov came close to scoring in the 18th minute, but his header went narrowly wide of the right goal post.

Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Celje – Maribor 3:1
Agim Ibraimi played all 90 minutes for Maribor who was dealt a surprising road loss against Celje.

Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Domžale – Krka 2:0
Zeni Husmani got the start for Domžale and played until the 52nd minute when he made way for striker Sasha Aneff.  Domžale has been the biggest surprise in Slovenia and now has the maximum 15 points from their first five games this season.

Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Thun – St. Gallen 3:1
Muhamed Demiri started for St. Gallen and played until the 74th minute when he was replaced by Marco Mathys.  Demiri also received a yellow card in the 71st minute.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Wil – Schaffhausen 5:2
Samir Fazli was an unused substitute for Wil, while Ezgjan Alioski played all 90 minutes for Schaffhausen at left-back.  Schaffhausen has now conceded 10 goals over their last two games.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Chiasso – Lugano 1:0
Zoran Baldovaliev opened on the bench for Chiasso before he made a late appearance in the 84th minute to replace Gaston Magnetti.

France, Ligue 1, Rennes – Evian 6:2
Gjoko Zajkov was not included in the 19 player squad that was called up by Rennes for this encounter against Evian.  Rennes recorded six goals to notch their first win of the season.

Denmark, Superliga, Brøndby – Sønderjyske 2:0
Ferhan Hasani was an unused substitute for Brøndby.

Denmark, NordicBet Ligaen, Viborg – Skive 0:0
Both Aleksandar Stankov and Antonio Stankov played the full 90 minutes for Viborg in their goalless draw against Skive.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Dinamo Zagreb – RNK Split 1:0
Arijan Ademi played the entire game for Dinamo Zagreb who scored the lone goal just before halftime to maintain their perfect start to open the 2014-15 Croatian season.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Rijeka – Slaven Belupo 3:0
Adis Jahovikj played all 90 minutes for Rijeka and provided the assist on the first goal when his cross was headed home by Ivan Tomečak.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Wisła Kraków – Lechia Gdańsk 3:1
Ostoja Stjepanovikj is sidelined for Wisła Kraków with a torn ACL in his right knee.

Norway, Tippeligaen, Brann – Rosenborg 3:1
Daniel Mojsov started at center-back for Brann and played until the 73rd minute when he was substituted by Erdin Demir.  Mojsov scored the opening goal of the game in the 26th minute with a flying kick from inside the area after the keeper punched the ball in thr air following a corner kick.  Three minutes later, Mojsov fired a shot towards goal that was saved by the Rosenborg keeper, but Kasper Skaanes scored on the rebound to give Brann a 2:0 lead at that time.  Brann recorded a very important three points as they battle to escape the relegation zone.

Norway, Tippeligaen, Start – Strømsgodset 2:3
Stefan Ashkovski was not among the 18 players that were called up by Strømsgodset.  Ashkovski has yet to make his league debut in Norway since being loaned out by Serbian club Partizan.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, PSV Eindhoven – NAC Breda 6:1
Aleksandar Damchevski played the whole match for NAC Breda and had a nightmarish debut which included the road team’s defense being torn apart by PSV Eindhoven and Damchevski scoring an own goal in the 26th minute.

Denis Mahmudov was not included in the matchday squad by Zwolle.  Mahmudov was informed earlier this month that he is no longer in the plans of the manager.  Thus, he has been given the green light to look for a new club.

Bulgaria, A Group, Levski – Botev Plovdiv 2:1
Kristijan Naumovski stayed on the bench for Levski as the #2 keeper behind Aleksandar Lyubenov.  Naumovski first served as the backup to Stefano Kunchev, and now Kristijan is behind Aleksandar Lyubenov after Kunchev was released by Levski.

Bulgaria, A Group, Slavia – Beroe 0:2
Kire Ristevski played the entire game for Slavia in center defense, while Stefan Spirovski came off the bench for Beroe in the 79th minute to replace Georgi Dinkov.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Trenčín – Košice 4:2
Darko Tofiloski returned to the Košice squad and started at keeper where he conceded four goals in the road loss against Trenčín.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, Suphanburi – Muangthong United 0:0
Mario Gjurovski was not included in the Muangthong United squad due to an injury.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, Bangkok Glass – Bangkok United 1:1
Darko Tasevski played the whole match for Bangkok Glass in attacking midfield, while his teammate Bazhe Ilijoski also got the start and played until the 67th minute when he was substituted by Goshi Okubo.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, BEC Tero Sasana – Chainat 2:1
Borche Manevski began on the bench for Chainat before he entered the game in the 60th minute to replace fellow striker Nikola Nikezić.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premier League, Sarajevo – Velež 1:1
Krste Velkoski started in attack for Sarajevo and played until the 84th minute when he was substituted by Ognjen Todorović, while his teammate Riste Mitrevski was not included in the 18 player squad.

Filip Gligorov played all 90 minutes for Olimpic and also received a yellow card in the 65th minute.

Neither Daniel Avramovski of Crvena Zvezda nor Nikola Jakimovski of Jagodina were summoned in the matchday squad of their respective teams.

Darko Micevski got the start for OFK Beograd and played until the 88th minute when he made way for Spartak Subotica.  Micevski was also shown a yellow card in the 72nd minute.

Tome Kitanovski started in defensive midfield for Voždovac and played until the 75th minute when he was replaced by Danilo Sekulić.  Kitanovski also picked up a yellow card in the 20th minute.

Both Muarem Muarem of Qarabağ and Slavcho Georgievski of Inter Bakı were unused substitutes for their respective teams.

Dejan Blazhevski started for Khazar Lankaran and played until the 38th minute when he was replaced by Terlan Qasimzade.  At that point, Khazar’s starting keeper received a red card, so the manager took off Blazhevski to bring on the backup keeper.

Czech Republic, Synot Liga, Slovácko – Jihlava 2:0
Veliche Shumulikoski played the whole match for Slovácko and also received a yellow card in the 66th minute.  Slovácko got two goals from Libor Došek in the 2nd half to down Jihlava.

Czech Republic, Synot Liga, Mladá Boleslav – Příbram 4:1
Zoran Danoski opened on the bench for Příbram before he was introduced in the 59th minute to replace Jiří Mareš.

South Korea, K-League Classic, Jeonnam – Suwon 3:1
Stevica Ristikj played the entire game for Jeonnam and scored the second goal for his team in the 72nd minute with an overhead kick from close range.  The goal came on a rebound after an initial effort by one of his teammates struck the crossbar.  Ristikj did not celebrate the goal as a sign of respect to his former club Suwon.

Belarus, Vysheyshaya Liga, Gomel – Minsk 1:0
Predrag Rangjelovikj played all 90 minutes for Minsk in the narrow road defeat against Gomel.

Romania, Liga I, ASA Târgu Mureș – Concordia 2:0
Filip Timov was not among the 18 players called up by Concordia, while his teammate Hristijan Dragarski stayed on the bench as an unused substitute.
