Macedonian internationals performances (17-20.08 ’18)

Krste Velkovski missed a penalty and then scored on the rebound, Filip Gligorov assisted, while Tihomir Kostadinov got sent off as many of the Macedonian internationals are already active throughout Europe.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Teuta – Flamurtari 0:0
Bojan Gjorgievski as usual was the starting right-back for Teuta and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet, whereas Artim Polozhani, Goran Siljanovski and Muhamed Useini also started the match, but for visitors Flamurtari.

Edis Malikji started at right-back for the hosts and played the entire game.

Egzon Belica was all minutes at center-back for Partizani, while his teammate Besart Abdurahimi didn’t make the matchday squad.

Jovan Kostovski wasn’t part of the home squad.

Captain Krste Velkoski opened on the right wing for Sarajevo and netted his teams second goal in the 32nd minute when he scored directly after his penalty was rejected by the goalie. Krste played until the 77th minute when he received his second yellow card and had to leave the pitch early.

Arijan Ademi captained Dinamo and played the entire match in defensive midfield, while Muzafer Ejupi is out for a longer time due to kidney problems, thus he was out of Osijek’s squad.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Hajduk – Gorica 0:2
Mirko Ivanovski started in attack for Hajduk and played until the half-time break when fellow attacker Ádám Gyurcsó took his place as his team was already down 0:2.

Samir Fazli didn’t make the hosts bench, while Leonard Zhuta played all minutes for Rijeka. Meanwhile, Leo’s teammate Darko Velkovski didn’t take part due to injury.

Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for the home side. Leeds are off to a great start this season linking three consecutive wins in the opening three games.

Davor Taleski was between the posts for the visiting side and managed to keep a clean sheet.

Both Husein Demiri and Demir Imeri started the match for the away side. Demiri played until the 58th minute when Justus Lehto took his place, while Imeri played the whole match. This was a good result for Kemi as they managed to steal a point from table leaders HJK.

Risto Mitrevski played until the 69th minute when Rasmus Sjöstedt substituted him. It was goalless at the time but at the end his team got eliminated on penalty kick and failed to reach the final.

The Italian top flight started this past weekend but Goran Pandev must wait for his first game as both Genoa based clubs had their matches postponed due to the bridge tragedy.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Feyenoord – Excelsior 3:0
Denis Mahmudov substituted fellow attacker Anouar Hadouir in the 27th minute while the score was 1:0, but was unable to help his team avoid the defeat away to Feyenoord.

Netherlands, Erste Divisie, Dordrecht – Helmond 0:0
Antonio Stankov played the whole match for Dordrecht in the scoreless draw against Helmond.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Sporting – Vitória de Setúbal 2:1
Stefan Ristovski was in the starting lineup for Sporting and played another good match for the home team in the 2:1 victory over Vitoria.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Astra – Dunărea 1:1
Filip Gligorov played the whole match for the visitors. In the 21st minute he assisted to Silviu Pană for vthe equalizer, while in the 52nd minute he got booked.

Zoran Danoski wasn’t part of Radnik’s squad at this game.

Benjamin Demir was unused substitute for Spartak while Aleksandar Todorovski played whole game for Radnički. Petar Krstikj wasn’t summoned by the visitors for this game.

Strahinja Krstevski didn’t make the Proleter’s squad for this match.

Both our internationals Dushan Savikj and Milosh Tosheski started the game at Zemun’s bench before they came as substitutions in the second half. Tosheski replaced Takuya Murayama at 52nd minute while Savikj replaced Nikola Stojković at 72nd minute of the game.

Yani Urdinov played entire match for Ružomberok while his teammate Tihomir Kostadinov started the match and played until the 33rd minute when he received his second yellow card and was sent off the field. Kostadinov received his first yellow card at 28th minute while Urdinov was also booked at 40th minute of the match.

Enis Fazlagikj spent whole 90 minutes on the field for Žilina.

Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Gorica – Domžale 1:0
Agim Ibraimi and his teammate Zeni Husmani played whole match for Domžale in their away loss.
