Ivan Trickovski scores the late game winner for APOEL; photo: 24sports.com.cyIvan Trickovski returned from his injury to score the game winning goal for APOEL deep into stoppage time, Agim Ibraimi added two more goals for Maribor, Mario Gjurovski, Muarem Muarem and Aleksandar Stankov continued their good form with one goal apiece for their respective teams, while Marjan Altiparmakovski scored his first league goal in a Xanthi uniform. 

Italy, Serie A, Napoli – Novara 2:0
Goran Pandev was not included in the Napoli squad due to a red card suspension.  Pandev was suspended two games so he will also miss this Wednesday’s game against Lecce as well.

Italy, Lega Pro Prima Divisione (Group B), Frosinone – Portogruaro 2:1
Stefan Ristovski played from the start for Frosinone who won their third consecutive game to remain in the race for the last promotion play-off spot.  Ristovski had another solid game for Frosinone and came close to scoring a goal in the 30th minute but his powerful shot from distance was saved by the opposing keeper before going for a corner.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Mainz 05 – Wolfsburg 0:0
Nikolce Noveski played the entire game for Mainz and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet while Ferhan Hasani was not called up by Wolfsburg.  With the draw and other results around the Bundesliga, Mainz now has no chance of being relegated with two rounds remaining in Germany.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Volyn – Dynamo Kyiv 0:1
Goran Popov played all 90 minutes for Dynamo Kyiv as did Vance Sikov and Dusan Savic of Volyn.  Volyn played well for the majority of the game and did not look inferior to Dynamo Kyiv who managed to score the lone goal of the game just before halftime through Andriy Shevchenko.  Savic was involved in a couple of dangerous moments but his effort in the 40th minute from a good position went wide of the goal while his strike in the 90th minute was saved by the Dynamo Kyiv keeper.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Arsenal Kyiv – Karpaty 3:2
Martin Bogatinov played from the start for Kapraty and conceded three goals, all in the 2nd half.  Karpaty had a 0:2 lead but Arsenal Kyiv then scored directly from a free kick, penalty, and redirected shot to overcome the deficit and collect the three points.

Ukraine, Persha-Liha, Sevastopol – Zirka 2:0
Besart Ibraimi was an unused substitute for Sevastopol.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League (Play-off II B), Beerschot – Zulte Waregem 3:1
Tome Pacovski played from the start for Beerschot and conceded one goal while Aleksandar Trajkovski played the first 45 minutes for Zulte waregem before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by fellow attacker Hernan Hinostroza.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League (Play-off II A), Lierse – Cercle Brugge 2:2
Boban Grncarov played all 90 minutes for Lierse who twice took the lead against Cercle Brugge but the visitors came back both times to snatch a point.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League (Championship Group), APOEL – AEL Limassol 1:0
Ivan Trickovski returned from his injury for APOEL by starting the game on the bench before he came on in the 54th minute to substitute Constantinos Charalambides.  In the fourth minute of stoppage time in the 90th minute, Trickovski scored with a header following a good cross from the left to hand APOEL an important three points.  The win means that APOEL is now just two points behind first placed AEL and these two sides will meet once again in the next round.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League (Relegation Group), Ethnikos Achnas – Olympiacos Nicosia 2:1
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Ethnikos Achnas and conceded one goal just before halftime while his teammate Stojan Ignjatov started on the bench before coming on in the 56th minute replacing team captain Christos Poyiatzis.

Nikola Gligorov played all 90 minutes for Alki in the goalless draw against Nea Salamis.

Hristijan Kirovski was an unused substitute for Apollon.

Petar Milosevski kept a clean sheet for Enosis while his teammate Bojan Markoski also contributed to that feat in the center of the home defense.

Ilco Naumoski played all 90 minutes for Mattersburg and contributed to the lone goal for his team in the 40th minute which came as a result of an own goal.  Naumoski took a free kick from a tight angle which was saved by the Admira keeper but an opposing player inadvertently sent the ball into the net on the rebound for an unfortunate own goal.

China, Super League, Tianjin Teda – Hangzhou Greentown 2:0
Velice Sumulikoski played the entire game for Tianjin Teda in defensive midfield as his side notched a victory over Hangzhou Greentown with a goal in each half.

China, Super League, Liaoning – Beijing Guoan 0:0
Vlatko Grozdanoski played from the start for Liaoning and was also shown a yellow card in the 65th minute in the goalless draw against Beijing Guoan.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Thun – Grasshopper 0:0
Muhamed Demiri played all 90 minutes for Thun in defensive midfield as his side settled for a goalless draw in the home encounter against Grasshopper.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Brühl – Aarau 0:3
Aco Stojkov was an unused substitute for Aarau.

Both Mirsad Mijadinoski and Adis Jahovic played the entire game for Wil with the former scoring an unlucky own goal in the 2nd minute to open the scoring in the game.

Robert Popov started and played the first 45 minutes for Kriens before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by midfielder Till Fischer.

Vladimir Dimitrovski was an unused substitute for Mladá Boleslav.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Šibenik – Slaven Belupo 1:1
Daniel Georgievski played the entire game for Šibenik while Zeni Husmani started on the bench before he came on in the 65th minute replacing Zvonimir Blaic.  Georgievski had an effort in the 36th minute but his shot went narrowly wide as Daniel also received a yellow card in the 62nd minute.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Zagreb – Inter Zaprešić 2:1
Goran Todorcev played all 90 minutes for Inter Zaprešić in the minimal road loss against Zagreb.

Slovenia, 1. SNL, Maribor – Triglav 8:0
Agim Ibraimi got the start for Maribor and played until the 89th minute when he was substituted by Matic Črnic in the easy win over last placed Triglav.  Maribor scored four goals in each half with Ibraimi netting two goals in the 35th and 80th minute, the second goal coming directly from a corner kick.  In addition, Ibraimi played a part in two more goals as one of his crosses led to an own goal by a visiting player in the 42nd minute, and then he assisted in the 55th minute when his corner was headed home by defender Aleksander Rajčević.  With the win, Maribor clinched the league title in Slovenia as they have a 17 point advantage over second place Olimpija Ljubljana with five rounds remaining so they can’t be caught regardless of the results the rest of the way.

Bajram Fetai started on the bench for Lyngby before he entered the game in the 76th minute replacing Martin Bergvold as his team suffered another heavy defeat.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Polonia Warszawa – Ruch Chorzów 0:1
Aleksandar Todorovski was not among the 18 players called up by Polonia Warszawa.

Mirko Ivanovski was not included in the Arka Gdynia squad.

Stevica Ristic played all 90 minutes for Suwon in the goalless road draw against Gyeongnam.

Aleksandar Lazevski remains out with an injury for Partizan.

Daniel Mojsov played the entire game for Vojvodina in the heavy road loss to Spartak Zlatibor Voda.  Mojsov was also shown a yellow card in the 77th minute as Vojvodina dropped to fourth place on the table.  For the home side, Fahrudin Gjurgjevic was not called up.

Stefan Spirovski was an unused substitute for Borac Čačak who stayed in the relegation zone by being second from bottom on the table in Serbia.

Nikola Jakimovski was an unused substitute for Javor.

Mario Gjurovski played from the start for Muangthong and scored the lone goal for his team in the 66th minute, directly from a free kick to tie the game at 1:1 which proved to be the final result as well.

Kristijan Naumovski stayed on the bench as the #2 keeper for Dinamo Bucureşti.

Darko Tofiloski started for Košice and played the first 45 minutes before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Fernando López while his teammate Sakir Redzepi was an unused substitute.

Azerbaijan, Unibank Premyer Liqası, Khazar Lankaran – Neftçi 1:0
Both Igor Mitreski and Slavco Georgievski played the entire game for Neftçi in the narrow road defeat against rival Khazar Lankaran.

Muarem Muarem started on the bench for Qarabağ before he entered the game in the 67th minute replacing Gara Garayev.  Muarem scored the second goal for Qarabağ in the 89th minute and also received a yellow card four minutes earlier in the 85th minute.

Robert Petrov was an unused substitute for AZAL.

Daniel Ivanovski played all 90 minutes for Mjällby in the high scoring encounter against Djurgården.  Mjällby had a commanding 4:0 lead after 36 minutes but then lost concentration and conceded the next three goals to make it a nervy finish to the game.

Greece, Superleague Greece, Aris – Kerkyra 1:1
Goran Maznov was not called up by Kerkyra.

Greece, Superleague Greece, Xanthi – Ergotelis 4:2
Marjan Altiparmakovski played from the start for Xanthi and scored the fourth and final goal for the home side in stoppage time of the 90th minute.  It was the first appearance of the season for Marjan in the 30th and final round of league play in Greece.  The opponent Ergotelis finished in the bottom three on the table and was relegated to the Greek second division.

Moldova, Divizia Naţională, Iskra-Stal – Dacia 0:2
Goran Dimovski played the entire game for Dacia who remained on top of the table in Moldova.

Kazakhstan, Premyer Liga, Sunkar – Tobol 0:0
Nikola Tonev played all 90 minutes for Sunkar while Mensur Kurtisi got the start for Tobol and played until the 76th minute when he was substituted by Igor Bugaev.

Kazakhstan, Premyer Liga, Astana – Okzhetpes 1:4
Dimitrija Lazarevski played from the start for Astana who took the initial lead in the 7th minute before the visitors then scored four goals in the 2nd half to claim the three points.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Dordrecht – Oss 3:2
Aleksandar Stankov played the entire game for Oss while his teammate Antonio Stankov also got the start and played until the 81st minute when he was replaced by Mark Redshaw.  Aleksandar Stankov scored the first goal for Oss in the 29th minute with a sliding attempt from close range following a long free kick that was played into the box.

Yani Urdinov played all 90 minutes for Ekranas and provided the assist on the first goal of the game in the 11th minute when his cross from the left was headed home by Ramūnas Radavičius.

Jasmin Mecinovic was not included in the Sogndal squad due to an injury.

Bojan Gjorgievski played the entire game for Skonto and also picked up a yellow card in the 76th minute as his side scored the lone goal of the game in the 40th minute.

Filip Timov played from the start for Impuls who narrowly defeated Gandzasar with the lone goal being scored from a penalty in the 56th minute.

Hungary, Nemzeti Bajnokság II, Egri – Kazincbarcikai 1:0
Simeon Hristov started for Egri and played until the 68th minute when he was replaced by Igor Pisanjuk.  A minute later, Egri scored the lone goal of the game to secure all three points.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Pogradeci – Bylis 1:1
Kire Ristevski played all 90 minutes for Bylis in the road draw against Pogradeci.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Teuta – Shkumbini 2:1
Flamur Tahiri was not included in the Teuta squad due to a yellow cards suspension.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Flamurtari – Skenderbeu 1:0
Nijaz Lena got the start for Flamurtari and played until the 90th minute when he was substituted by Nedzbedin Selimi.  His side managed to knock off the first placed team entering the round, and enable Teuta to move past Skenderbeu as the new table leaders in Albania.
