Italy, Serie A, Napoli – Inter 1:0
Goran Pandev was an unused substitute for Napoli.  Goran was warming up on the sidelines around the 80 minute mark but Napoli then went down to 10 men when Salvatore Aronica was shown a straight red card so the manager of the home side sacrificed a couple of attacking minded players and brought on defenders to protect the slim lead.  Therefore, Pandev stayed on the bench as Napoli handed Inter their fourth consecutive defeat in league play.

Italy, Lega Pro Prima Divisione (Group B), Triestina – Frosinone 1:2
Stefan Ristovski started at right-back for Frosinone and played all 90 minutes as his club held on to collect a narrow road victory over Triestina.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Mainz 05 – Kaiserslautern 4:0
Nikolce Noveski did not play for Mainz due to a thigh strain injury.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Wolfsburg – Hoffenheim 1:2
Ferhan Hasani was not called up by Wolfsburg.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Beerschot – OH Leuven 2:1
Tome Pacovski stayed on the bench for Beerschot as he was the #2 keeper behind Stijn Stijnen.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Lierse – Anderlecht 0:0
Boban Grncarov did not play for Lierse as he served another game on his suspension.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Cercle Brugge – Zulte Waregem 1:0
Aleksandar Trajkovski began the game on the bench for Zulte Waregem before he came on in the 87th minute replacing defender Steve Colpaert as the visiting club was desperate for a goal.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, APOEL – Nea Salamis 1:0
Ivan Trickovski started for APOEL and played until the 60th minute when an injury forced Ivan to be substituted by attacking midfielder Constantinos Charalambides.  Trickovski felt discomfort in his leg and gestured to the sidelines to be substituted.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Ethnikos Achnas – Enosis 1:1
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Ethnikos Achnas and conceded one goal in the 80th minute from a header while his teammate Stojan Ignjatov was out with an injury.  As for Enosis, fellow goalkeeper Petar Milosevski played the entire game and also conceded one goal while Bojan Markoski played all 90 minutes in the center of the defense.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Olympiakos Nicosia – Alki 2:3
Nikola Gligorov played all 90 minutes for Alki who managed to barely overcome Olympacos Nicosia.  The home side scored both of their goals from penalties but Alki responded and collected a come from behind victory with the game winning goal coming in the 80th minute.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Apollon – Omonia 2:5
Hristijan Kirovski was an unused substitute for Apollon.

Austria, T-Mobile Bundesliga, Admira – Mattersburg 0:1
Ilco Naumoski played the entire game for Mattersburg who notched a minimal win over Admira.  Naumoski had a big chance in the 39th minute but his left footed effort was denied by the Admira keeper.  Then, in the 53rd minute, Naumoski has another good opportunity but his free kick from the edge of the area was saved by the opposing keeper and it went for a corner.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Polonia Warszawa – Widzew Łódź 1:2
Aleksandar Todorovski started for Polonia Warszawa and played until the 77th minute when he was replaced by Łukasz Piątek.  Todorovski also received a yellow card in the 14th minute.

Czech Republic, Gambrinus Liga, Viktoria Žižkov – Mladá Boleslav 1:2
Vladimir Dimitrovski started at left CB for Mladá Boleslav and played all 90 minutes as his club was made to work against the last placed team on the table.  Eventually, Mladá Boleslav celebrated a win with Dimitrovski being shown a yellow card in the 47th minute.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Šibenik – Inter Zaprešić 2:0
Daniel Georgievski played the entire game for Šibenik while his teammate Zeni Husmani was out with a shoulder injury.  Georgievski played further up the field in midfield and provided the assist on the first goal in the 26th minute when his enticing cross from the right reached Miro Slavica who sent his header to the back of the net.  For Inter Zaprešić, Goran Todorcev did not play.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Aarau – Lugano 1:0
Aco Stojkov started for Aarau and played until the 78th minute when he was replaced by Remo Staubli.  In the 80th minute, Lugano scored an own goal which handed Aarau an important three points.  Stojkov had two good chances in the 37th and 67th minute but he was denied each time.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Kriens – Wil 1:4
Robert Popov played all 90 minutes for Kriens as did Mirsad Mijadinoski for Wil while Adis Jahovik played from the start for the visitors and played until the 85th minute.  Jahović led the way for Wil by scoring a hat-trick in the comfortable road victory over Kriens.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Roda – De Graafschap 0:2
Dzelil Abdula was not among the 18 players called up by De Graafschap.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Go Ahead Eagles – Oss 7:2
Aleksandar Stankov was an unused substitute for Oss while his teammate and twin brother, Antonio Stankov, was not called up as their club suffered a heavy defeat.

Turkey, Bank Asya 1. Lig, Kartalspor – Konyaspor 3:2
Muzafer Ejupi was an unused substitute for Kartalspor.
