Boban Grncarov and Slavco Georgievski provided assists for their respective teams, Nijaz Lena scored two goals for Flamurtari, while Nikolce Noveski returned to the Mainz squad but was an unused substitute in this week’s game.

Goran Pandev started on the bench for Napoli before he entered the game in the 56th minute replacing the injured Ezequiel Lavezzi. Pandev scored a goal in the 89th minute to tie the game at 2:2 but it was correctly ruled offside by the assistant referee. Goran scored on a rebound after Edinson Cavani’s header struck the crossbar but Cavani was clearly in an offside position so the right call was made. Roma then added a late goal to make it 1:3 and cement the road victory over Napoli.

Stefan Ristovski was an unused substitute for Crotone.
Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Borussia Mönchengladbach – Mainz 05 1:0
Nikolce Noveski was an unused substitute for Mainz. Noveski made the bench after his nagging thigh injury forced him to miss several weeks but he stayed there for the entire game, despite starting CB Bo Svensson being substituted with an injury just before halftime in the 40th minute. The Mainz manager opted to bring on Marco Caligiuri for the injured Svensson, not Noveski.
Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Westerlo – Beerschot 3:1
Tome Pacovski played from the start for Beerschot and conceded three goals. His club has been in good form lately but suffered a bad loss in this game against Westerlo.

Boban Grncarov played the entire game for Lierse and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet. Grncarov also assisted on the first goal for Lierse in the 51st minute when he made a nice headed pass to Fréderic Frans who then sent his shot past the opposing keeper. Boban should have also scored a goal in the 90th minute but his effort from close range went over the goal.

Aleksandar Trajkovski started on the bench for Zulte Waregem before he entered the game in the 81st minute replacing Jérémy Serwy. Trajkovski attempted a shot from distance in the 87th minute, hoping to duplicate his great goal from the previous game, but his effort went well wide of the target.
Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Anorthosis – Ethnikos Achnas 2:0
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Ethnikos Achnas and conceded two goals while his teammate Stojan Ignjatov also got the start and played until the 88th minute when he was replaced by Nicos Pitsillidis.
Austria, T-Mobile Bundesliga, Mattersburg – Magna Wiener Neustadt 0:1
Ilco Naumoski played all 90 minutes for Mattersburg who concluded the first half of the season with a home loss against Magna Wiener Neustadt. Naumoski had a big chance in the 7th minute but he sent his header from close range just past the right goal post. Then, towards the end of the match, Naumoski had another chance but his sliding attempt from inside the area went over the goal.

Goran Maznov started on the bench for Kerkyra before he entered the game in the 74th minute replacing Ilias Ioannou. His club settled for a goalless road draw against OFI Crete.

Igor Mitreski played the entire game for Neftçi while his teammate Slavco Georgievski also got the start and played until the 72nd minute when he was replaced by Mirhuseyn Seyidov. In the 41st minute, Neftçi took the 0:1 lead after Georgievski made a nice pass to Rashad Abdullayev whose first effort was saved but he scored on the rebound with a header to the back of the net.

Robert Petrov played from the start for AZAL who rebounded nicely from a heavy loss in the previous game against Neftçi to record a comfortable 5:1 victory over Simurq.
