Macedonian internationals performances (05-08.10 ’18)

Krste Velkoski scored a brace, Andrej Todoroski contributed with a goal and assist, Enis Bardhi, Agim Ibraimi, Ilija Nestorovski all scored goal apiece, while Ezgjan Alioski and Tihomir Kostadinov provided an assist for their teams.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Kamza – Flamurtari 2:2
Artim Polozhani, Goran Siljanovski and Muhamed Useini were starters for Flamurtari and all of them played the whole game as their team grabbed a point away to Kamza.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Tirana – Laçi 0:1
Dejan Blazhevski was fielded in attack by Tirana and played the entire game, while his teammate Sedat Berisha didn’t play. For the other side Bojan Najdenov began in attacking midfield and lasted on the pitch until the 77th minute. Meanwhile, Marjan Altiparmakovski didn’t see gametime by the visitors.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Teuta – Kastrioti 2:0
Right-back Bojan Gjorgievski started for Teuta and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the victory against Kastrioti, whereas his teammate Bobi Celeski spent all minutes on the bench as the reserve goalie.

Austria, 2.Liga, Horn – Floridsdorfer AC 1:3
19-year-old Andrej Todoroski opened in attacking midfield for the visitors and scored his teams second goal in the 67th minute when he netted a beauty from outside the box. Moments later he added an assist for the third goal. Andrej has already three goals and two assists in nine games of the Austrian second tier. In the past he was part of Macedonia’s U17 national team and Andrej is eligible to play for our U21 in the actual and upcoming qualifications. Normally we don’t write about the Austrian second tier, but we made an exception to introduce the young player who is in great shape this season.

Azerbaijan, Topaz Premyer Liqası, Səbail – Sumqayıt 2:0
Tome Kitanovski started for the hosts and played all minutes as his team collected three points against Sumqayıt.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Cercle – Charleroi 2:1
Gjoko Zajkov was not summoned by the visitors. He is still awaiting his come-back by Charleroi after his injury this summer.

Belgium, Proximus League, Mechelen – OH Leuven 3:0
Jovan Kostovski played the entire game for OH Leuven but failed to help his team score a goal and avoid the defeat by Mechelen.

Belgium, Proximus League, Beerschot Wilrijk – Tubize 1:0
Emil Abaz started off on the bench for Beerschot Wilrijk and entered the game in the 62nd minute, playing on the left wing.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Mladost – Sarajevo 0:6
Krste Velkoski played the entire game for Sarajevo and scored two goals (in the 36th and 90th minute) to help his team destroy Djelil Asani‘s Mladost with a 0:6 away victory. Asani on the other hand started the game on the host’s bench and entered the field at the start of the second halftime (when the score was 0:3) but he failed to help Mladost avoid this big defeat. With these two goals, Velkoski has now collected 5 goals after 13 rounds this season.

Stefan Ashkovski spent the entire game on Slavia’s bench while Luka Nakov was once again not summoned by the visitors.

Arijan Ademi played the entire game for Dinamo in the 0:3 win against Rudeš.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Hajduk – Osijek 0:2
Mirko Ivanovski started the game for Hajduk but got substituted at halftime when his team was down 0:1. For the visitor’s side, Muzafer Ejupi was once again left out due to his injury.

Agron Rufati played the full 90 minutes for Istra in the 3:1 defeat by Slaven Belupo.

Leonard Zhuta played the entire game for Rijeka on the left back position, whereas his team-mate Darko Velkovski was not included in the squad due to an injury.

After scoring against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday in Europa League, Ivan Trichkovski started the match for the winning side and played until 59th minute when he had to leave the pitch due to a muscle injury. Daniel Mojsov was on the bench and only played the last 5 minutes of the game.

Both Davor Zdravkovski and Kire Markoski were on the bench for the winning side. Dushko Trajchevski played the first half for the visitors.

England, Championship, Leeds United – Brentford 1:1
Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match and helped his team save a point in the final moments of the match. The visiting side had a 0:1 lead when Alioski provided an assist to the equalizing goal in the 88th minute. He has first won a free kick and then delivered a ball in the box from the resulting free-kick which was met perfectly by a teammate equalizing the score late in the game.

Husein Demiri remained on the bench for the hosts, while Demir Imeri played until the 67th minute. Their side has already been relegated as they have no chances to avoid relegation with just 2 rounds to go.

Damjan Shishkovski remained on the bench for this game. Lahti are in a bad form and they have no win in the last 12 games, but they are safe from relegation.

Antonio Stankov played the whole match as captain of Dordrecht and celebrated the first victory of the team this season.

Stefan Ristovski played the whole match for Sporting Lisbon, but his team was surprised away to Portimonense.

Filip Gligorov wasn’t included in the home team’s squad on this match.

Marko Simonovski was in the starting lineup for the home team and was replaced in the 77th minute after which the away team scored the winning goal.
