Shkendija defeated Rabotnichki in the highest profile game of the round, Bregalnica Shtip, Metalurg, Renova and Napredok noted important wins, while Vardar only played a draw against Horizont Turnovo.
A single goal by captain Nebi Mustafi was enough for Shkendija to record a minimal win against Rabotnichki, and remain in the race for second place. Their competitor for that position, Metalurg, also won this round with a comfortable 3:0 home victory against last placed 11 Oktomvri thanks to one goal apiece by Hristijan Dimoski, Cvetan Churlinov and Dragan Nachevski.
Bregalnica got past Ohrid in Shtip to record its 11th win of the season. After a goalless first half, Elmir Mandak and Goran Zdravkov scored one goal apiece to propel Bregalnica to another three points.
An interesting game took place in Kichevo between Napredok and Teteks in a match with relegation play-off implications. Both teams are fighting for 8th place, the last position that leads to complete safety for next year. Napredok was able to defeat Teteks with a goal in each half by Dejan Cvetanovski and Blagojche Glavevski, while Teteks could only reduce the deficit in the 84th minute through Milan Ristovski. Later, in the 89th minute, Kiril Stepanovski got two quick yellow cards for Napredok and was sent off by the referee. However, Teteks could not get the equalizer in the 2:1 loss.
Yesterday, table leaders Vardar only played a goalless draw against relegation candidate Horizont Turnovo, while Renova defeated Sileks thanks to a late goal by Muharem Bajrami.
