Renova will play against Cypriot club Omonia in the Champions League qualifiers, while in the UEFA Europa League, Rabotnicki will face Lusitanos from Andorra, Metalurg got Azerbaijani side Qarabağ and Teteks got Latvian club Ventspils as opponents.

Macedonian champions Renova will have very difficult task in the First qualifying round of the Champions League as they got AC Omonia Nicosia, the most successful club in Cypriot history with 20 League Championships, as opponent. The first match will be played at Cyprus on 13 or 14th July and the second leg in Macedonia is scheduled for 20 or 21st July.

The other Macedonian representatives in Europe, will compete in UEFA Europa League. Rabotnicki got the easiest opponent as they will play against Lusitanos from Andorra, while Metalurg will play against Azeri side Qarabağ. Both Macedonian representatives in the First qualifying round of the Europe League will play away on the first leg on 1st August and the 2nd matches will be played in Macedonia on 8th July.
Macedonian Cup winner Teteks will start from the second qualifying round and on 15th July they will travel away to Latvia where they will meet Ventspils. The re-match is scheduled for 22nd July.
