Turnovo and Metalurg will be promoted to first league in the next season, but many questions are still open for the last round. Who will relegate, who will finish 4th, who will have a play-out match, remains to be seen.
In the 33rd round, we've saw first and second placed team on the table drawing against their opponents Drita and Alumina. Belasica was free in this round, but Skopje did not used that and lost to Ohrid 2004 after having left with 9 players on the pitch. Miravci are sealed on the third position and will head to a play-off match against Bashkimi from the 1st League. Bottom-of-the-table remains very exciting in the last round. Vlazrimi and Karaorman are relegated, but the last round will bring us the 3rd traveller to lower leagues and the team that will have to play a play-out match.

Current table standings means that Vlazrimi, Karaorman and Bregalnica Stip will be relegated while Lokomotiva will play a play-out match, if the season standings remain unchanged. That is why we will surely see a great match between Lokomotiva and Belasica where the hosts are trying hard to avoid the 14th place, while at the same time Belasica wants that 4th place which will lead them to play-off match with 9th placed from first league.
