According to the official web site of FK Teplice and also official web site of Top Sport management, agency that represents a lot of talented footballers, our young international Besir Baftijar is part of Czech Republic’s U16 squad.

In the interview for that site Baftijar is talking about his stay in Rome where he spent one week at AS Roma training camp with their U16 team. He’s also mentioning that so far one of his great achievements in his career is that he played for two national teams (Macedonia and the Czech Republic) and he managed to score a goal for both of them.

Besir Baftijar was born on August 31 2001 in the Czech Republic. He is holding both Macedonian and Czech citizenship. He is member of Teplice’s U17 team. He played two games for Macedonian U15 national team in March 2016, both against Turkey, where he scored one goal in the 2:1 victory in the first match.

Baftijar’s goal (at 0:30):

Hopefully the Macedonian football federation will find a way to keep Baftijar under the Macedonian flag.
