Doriev is attracting a lot of interest from Turkish league clubs and could be on the move.

Ljupcho Doriev had a great season for Akademija Pandev and showed why he is one of if not the best players in the Macedonian League. He played a very big part in helping Akademija Pandev to there best ever league finish scoring 16 goals in 30 games from out wide on the left wing. He also helped his team win the Macedonian Cup after scoring a penalty in the final to make it 2:2 to take the game to extra time and then penalties. This season he has proved he can play at a higher level and is ready for a new challenge.

Metehan Karaman who is Doriev’s representative in Turkey has confirmed that there are several Turkish clubs interested in signing Doriev and he is working hard to get a deal done this summer. Trabzonspor, Malatyaspor, Kasımpaşa and Rizespor are the main clubs interested and have made contact but Konyaspor seem to be the most likely to get the deal done which will see him join up with fellow Macedonians Lenard Zhuta and Adis Jahovic. The deal is said to be done in the next few weeks.
