Kirovski opened with two goals for Apollon

Hristijan Kirovski made a good introduction for his new club Apollon by scoring two goals during their first friendly of the season.

Hristijan Kirovski, the top scorer of the Macedonian top division last year, made a good debut with Cypriot club Apollon by scoring two goals during a friendly against Karmiotissa.  Kirovski signed with Apollon earlier this summer and ended up playing the first half during the friendly and scored his two goals in the 41st and 45th minute.  His team eventually won the game 3:0 by scoring another goal in the second half.

Kirovski played for FK Skopje last season and scored 20 goals which led to his transfer to well known Cypriot club Apollon.  They finished in 5th place last season and also made it to the Cypriot Cup final where they lost to Omonia.  Kirovski was given the #9 jersey by Apollon and is expected to become a key player in strengthening the club’s attacking department.  Kirovski is still just 25 years old but has played for many teams throughout his career including an earlier stint in Cyprus with Ethnikos Achnas.
