Ivan Trickovski and APOEL defeated Ethnikos Achnas which features manager Cedomir Janevski and players Edin Nuredinoski and Stojan Ignjatov.

Ivan Trickovski played the entire game for APOEL but failed to score past his national teammate and goalkeeper of Ethnikos Achnas, Edin Nuredinoski.  Both goals for the home team were scored by Constantinos Charalambidis in the first half, while Ethnikos Achnas pulled one goal back, ten minutes from time, through Elias Vattis to set the final 2:1 scoreline.

For the visitors, Nuredinoski was present at goal for the full 90 minutes, while Stojan Ignjatov entered the game in the 59th minute for Ivica Milutinović and also received a yellow card in the 89th minute.

With this win, APOEL tied Omonia at the top of the table with on 43 points but Omonia does have a game in hand, while Ethnikos Achnas is in 9th place with 21 points.

The match was played today since APOEL has a game next Tuesday when they travel to France to face Lyon in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16.
