Ilijoski returned with goal for Brașov

Baze Ilijoski returned from his yellow cards suspension to score an important goal for Brașov in their home encounter against Dinamo București.

Baze Ilijoski started in attack for Brașov and played until the 85th minute when he was substituted by Pedro Moutinho.  Entering this round, Brașov was only one point above the relegation zone so this was an important game for them, as well as for the opponent Dinamo București since they were tied for first place on the table and fighting for the league title in Romania.

Brașov played determined football in from of their home fans and managed to upset Dinamo București 2:0, scoring one goal apiece in each half.  Ilijoski put the game away in the 77th minute when he received a good cross from David Distéfano before scoring on a volley from close range past the Dinamo București keeper.  Baze also received a yellow card earlier in the 31st minute.

For Dinamo București, fellow Macedonian Kristijan “Kiko” Naumovski stayed on the bench as the #2 keeper.  Naumovski has yet to make a league appearance this season as he has primarily been the backup keeper behind Cristian Bălgrădean.
