Hasani nearing a move to Switzerland

Ferhan HasaniFerhan Hasani has attracted the interest of two Swiss clubs and it might very well be the case that he will continue his career in Switzerland.

Scouts of FC Sion and FC Luzern, both members of the Swiss Super League, followed Hasani in the two matches against Partizan during Champions League qualifying and have expressed a wish to sign the player that was voted the best player in the Macedonian top division last season. Hasani showed enough to satisfy both clubs and might be on the verge of signing a contract with one of the clubs which would enable him to continue his career in Switzerland.

Hasani is viewed as the best player for the defending champions Shkendija and his good form last season did not go unnoticed as he was summoned to the Macedonian national team.  Up to this point, he already has 3 appearances and was also called up for the upcoming qualifiers against Russia and Andorra in early September.  He was close to signing a deal with Belgian club Gent earlier this summer but the transfer fell through after the two clubs could not agree on a transfer fee.

Both Sion and Luzern are interested in the services of the Macedonian striker, so we might be watching Hasani in Switzerland very soon.  Other Macedonian internationals who play their club football in Switzerland include Muhamed Demiri with Thun and Aco Stojkov with Aarau.
