Gostivar leads the way before Vardar with Voska Sport on the lone promotion play-off place. That’s the outcome of the opening half-season in the Macedonian second division.

Pelister, Detonit Plachkovica and also rank high on the table with points that guarantee them a fight for the top three in the second half.

Borec lies at the bottom without points in 15 matches and is firm candidate for relegation. Teteks and Sloga 1934 are also in the danger zone, with Sasa, Lokomotiva and Kozhuf not far away.

The second half-season will begin on 18 February 2023.
