With Struga on top ended the opening half-season in the Macedonian top flight.

Even before this last half-seasonal round it was known that Struga will be at the top during the break as this team entered this week with a 5 point lead at the top. Struga slipped at Skopje, so the difference is now 3 points.
Title holders Shkupi is second and tries to follow the leaders. Shkendija is third but Tikvesh, Sileks and Bregalnica show ambitions for a place in the Europa Conference league.
When it come to relegation, it will be decided between Skopje, Akademija Pandev and Pobeda for the lone direct relegation spot and the one that leads into the play-out match.
The season continues the weekend 18/19 February 2023 with round 19.
