Goran Pandev just won his fourth Coppa Italia and was delighted with the achievement. Here’s what Goran said after the final which saw Napoli defeat Juventus.

“It’s very satisfying, this is my fourth Coppa Italia trophy and also the most satisfying.  I must congratulate everyone here at Napoli because they all deserve it.  We gave our souls on the field and we’ve become the first team to beat Juve this season.  This is very satisfying.  Will I stay?  We shall see, I will now enjoy this victory and later think about the future.” – Pandev told RaiSport after the game.

Napoli defeated Juventus 2:0 in the final of the Italian Cup thanks to one goal apiece by Edinson Cavani, from a converted penalty, and Marek Hamšik, who was assisted by Pandev.

Napoli won its fourth Coppa Italia trophy, but this is the first silverware won after the era of Diego Maradona.  As for Pandev, this was also his fourth Coppa Italia triumph as he won the trophy with Lazio (2009) and then twice with Inter (2010 and 2011).  Thus, Goran has been a member of the winning Coppa Italia sides in the past four consecutive years.
