Defender Goran Gancev has decided to continue his career with PSMS Medan from Indonesia.
As newspapers in Indonesia report, Gancev arrived in the country on Tuesday and was signed to a contract after doing well in training. The manager of PSMS, Fabio Lopez, called Gancev a big, tough defender with good physical abilities who will be a solid addition to the club. PSMS expects Gancev to start at CB where they look at him as a good partner to Brazilian defender Vagner Luis.
Gancev became a free agent earlier this summer when Croatian club Inter Zaprešić decided to mutually terminate his contract. Goran was then free to sign with any club and decided to continue his career in Indonesia with PSMS. His club plays in the Indonesian Premier League (IPL).
