Upon many speculations, it has been decided. Mario Gjurovski will continue his career in Metalurh Donetsk.
Ergotelis were close to be his new team, Werder Bremen have joined the race, München 1860 have delayed the transfer in Ergotelis after sending an offer, he was about to remain in Vojvodina, but it has now been confirmed that he moved to Metalurh from Donetsk in Ukraine. Gjurovski has resolved his club question and will continue his career in 10th placed Ukrainian team.
Metalurh will be Gjurovski first club out of Serbia, having previously played for Crvena Zvezda, Mladenovac, Sopot, Bežanija and Vojvodina. Gjurovski also has 7 appearances for Macedonian national team and he has 2 goals behind his name.
His new club are currently on the 10th place of the table out of 16 teams, after 19 matches played. With 11 rounds to go, Metalurh’s next match is on 5th of March when they host Goran Popov’s Dynamo Kyiv.
