Gjurovski made season debut for Metalurh Donetsk

Mario Gjurovski played the final 21 minutes during today’s game but his side suffered a 3:1 home loss against Tavria.

Gjurovski finally made the bench for Metalurh Donetsk and entered the game in the 69th minute replacing José Soares but his side continued their disappointing start to the season with another loss.  Metalurh Donetsk was losing 3:1 when Gjurovski entered the game and that also ended up being the final score as well.  Gjurovski received a yellow card in the 74th minute and attempted one shot during his time on the field but the opposing keeper made a comfortable save.  This was the first appearance for Gjurovski in a league game for Metalurh Donetsk.  As for Tavria, Macedonian international Besart Ibraimi was an unused substitute as he also hasn’t received much playing time since moving to Tavria.

In the only other game featuring a Macedonian international on Monday, Zlatko Tanevski and GKS Bełchatów lost 3:0 against Lech Poznań but Tanevski stayed on the bench for the entire game.
