Gjorgji Hristov, the former national team member and the striker who still holds the leading position with most scored goals will continue his career in the Veikkausliiga in Finland as player and also as part of the coaching stuff of JJK Jyväskylä.
The 33-years-old striker who is still leading the list of most scored goals with 16 goals in 48 appearances for the Macedonian national team, besides being expected to finish his career in Vardar from Skopje, today signed for Jyväskylän Jalkapalloklubi. He will be part of the team in the next season and except playing, he will be also helping the coaching stuff with his experience.
Gjorgji Hristov is born on 30/01/1976 in Bitola, Macedonia. He started playing in Pelister from Bitola and in his rich career he played for Serbian Partizan Beograd, English Premiership side Barnsley, NEC Nijmegen, Zwolle and Den Bosch in the Netherlands, Scottish club Dunfermline Athletic, Hungarian Debreceni, Hapoel Natzrat Illit in Izrael, Greek Niki Volou, Cypriot team Olympiakos Lefkosias and before moving to Finland he played for FK Bakı in Azerbaijan.
