The new season in the Macedonian Cup got opened today with four matches being played in which all favorites managed to record high wins and advance in the next round.

Cup debutante Studeniçan hosted Pelister in a different ground as their home stadium in the village of Studenichani doesn’t meet the criteria for a Cup match. Pelister fielded a combined line-up and recorded an easy win.
Pobeda instead at their Gradski stadium in Valandovo played a host on Struga’s ground. They were an easy pray for the top flight participant who scored 10 goals past the third league side.
Venec from Dolni Disan as well coulnd not use its home Livadishte field, so hosted Brera Strumica at near by town of Negotino. The second league side recorded a high scoring win.
Just like the others, Vlaznimi Junior also had to play on other stadium and opted for the ground in Golemo Konjari to host the relegated top flight side Makedonija GjP. The Lions had no mercy and scored a total of 14 goals.
On Wednesday, first league champion Vardar will visit Ovche Pole, who, unlike the above clubs, will use its own stadium in Sveti Nikole.
