Ohrid Lychnidos produced one of the most convincing results of the round, defeating Teteks away. Euromilk were equally impressive at home, comfortably beating Shkupi. Anchevski scored twice, while Damevski and Miftari added one goal each.
Detonit Plachkovica secured a 2–1 home victory over Osogovo, while Kamjani edged past Novaci thanks to a late winner in the 86th minute.
The only match of the five to end without a winner was the local clash between Kozhuf and Belasica, which finished 2–2.
Two matches remain to be played in this round and are scheduled for Sunday. Pelister will host Rabotnicki in Novaci, while Brera Strumica will face Makedonija GjP.
