Napredok starts with their winter preparation for the second part of the season and they start with five new players.

They signed the defender Igor Zafiroski, midfielder Artan Sejdini and striker Agron Zekiri, all from Vlazrimi. The former member of the national team, Saso Lazarevski also joined Napredok and the squad is reinforced with the Serbian player Dragan Rodić.
So far the players Riste Mitrevski (to Rabotnicki) and Kire Stepanovski (to Renova) have left the club.
