Pelister was on the verge of losing their match in Bitola against Makedonija Gjorche Petrov after it was 0:1 until the 88th minute of the match. Makedonija GjP took the lead with Fahrudin Gjurgjevikj’s great lob goal, but the home team did not give up and managed to score two goals in the dying minutes of the match. Just as in round 22, Bulgarian duo Kovachev/Vodenicharov turned the game around for Pelister. Kovachev equalized the score in 89th minute after an assist from Ljamchevski, and minutes later Ljamchevski provided another assist when his cross was converted into a goal by Vodenicharov.

Horizont Turnovo noted a home win against Gorno Lisiche. Geogi Kakalov scored the first goal for Turnovo, while Filip Naumchevski confirmed the win in the second half.

Gostivar stunned Renova in Tetovo. Even though Gostivar are very close to securing relegation, they did not travel to Tetovo with a white flag. Instead, they took home all three points courtesy of a late goal by Zendan Alili in the 90th minute.

Metalurg had no major problems with Napredok by celebrating a 2:0 win. Sedat Berisha and Alen Stevanović were the goalscorers for the victorious side.
