No changes for Macedonia at the last FIFA rankings for this 2019 year, the Lynx end 2019 at the same place on which they entered it.

Macedonia remained on the 68th place with the same amount of points as last month. The ranking list for December did not see many changes as only few teams were active playing matches, mostly in Asia and Africa.

When it comes to the rankings, in the last year not much changed for the Lynx as in the December 2018 rankings Macedonia was also 68th with 1343 points.
