Macedonia moved up one place to the 83rd position on the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola rankings that were released today.
The Macedonian national team will enter the New Year in 83rd place, according to the latest FIFA rankings for the month of December. Macedonia moved up one place was due to the fact that Cuba dropped a staggering 53 places, moving numerous teams ahead of them in the process, including Macedonia. The national team did not play any matches over the prior FIFA rankings last month, and won’t play a game in time for next month’s rankings as well.
