Hristijan Denkovski, on trial with Ajax A1, scored a goal to help his potential new club finish in third place of the Copa Amsterdam youth tournament.

The 18-year-old Hrisitjan Denkovski has been on trial with Ajax A1 for several weeks and played for the club in the Copa Amsterdam youth tournament.  Basically, the Ajax A1 is equivalent to an U19 team.  Denkovski, under contract with Rabotnichki, caught the eye of Ajax who invited Hristijan on trial.

In today’s third placed match of the Copa Amsterdam youth tournament between the U19 teams of Ajax and Ajax Cape Town, from South Africa and a sister club of Ajax, the well known Dutch club won 2:0 with Hristijan Denkovski, a midfielder, scoring the first goal in the 1st minute.  Ajax then added the second goal near the end of the match to complete the 2:0 scoreline.
