The eight winners of the Round of 16 that was played from late September to mid November waited all the way until today to find out their opponent. Among the eight quarterfinalists there are three second division teams, including the top two Ohrid Lychnidos and Shkëndija 77. Of course, there are the Cup title holder Vardar and league holders and Conference League participant Shkëndija.
Quarterfinal pairs:
(I) Vardar (1) – Ohrid Lychnidos (2)
(II) Struga (1) – Shkëndija (1)
(III) Shkëndija 77 (2) – Rabotnichki (1)
(IV) Det. Plachkovica (2) – Sileks (1)
The single leg matches will be played on 25 February. If there is no winner after 90 minutes, right away penalty shoot-outs will decide the outcome. The four winners will advance in the semifinal.
Since Shkëndija has a Conference League play-off return leg match against Samsunspor away on 25 February, it is expected that FFM will move the quarterfinal Cup tie to a later date.
The semifinal draw was also determined with pairs I-IV and II-III to face each other in two legged matches.
From the eight remaining teams, only the three second league teams have never reached the Cup final, while Struga twice made it, but twice was defeated. Vardar is the most successful with 6 trophies, followed by Rabotnichki with 4, Sileks has 3, while Shkëndija has 2.
The 2025/26 Macedonian Cup winner will qualify for the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League first qualifying round. If the Cup winner is one of the top two teams in the league table, the Conference League spot will be allocated to the third-placed in the Macedonian top flight.
