The West started with nearly all games being tight as only Liria Zhelino recorded a comfortable win.

The North began with a draw in the local derby between Drachevo and Slavija, while newcomers Ljubanci destroyed Rashtak. Surprisingly, right at the start one team never showed up for a game, Shkendija from Arachinovo didn’t travel at Lokomotiva’s.

Impressive start for newcomers Crvena Dzvezda who beat Borec 3:0 as in the first round there were only wins with big margin.
3rd League East – Round 2
Second wins for Plachkovica and Belasica, second defeats for Rabotnik Djumajlija and newcomers 14 Oktomvri 1946.
Shkendija fires Ferenčina
Roy Ferenčina got fired as manager of Shkendija due to the bad results.

Disappointing starting round of the new season for newcomers 14 Oktomvri 1946 who got humiliated by Plachkovica, while the other promoted side Ovche Pole took a point from Osogovo.
3rd League South-West – Round 1
The new season started without a draw in any of the six games. The promoted side Fljamurtari from Radolishta lost its first game against the newcomer from the Second League, Novaci.
