The first two reinforcements for Rabotnichki during the January market saw them bring in Marko Puškarić and Ivan Galić.

Vardar opened the winter transfer market by signing the Montenegrin attacker Damir Kojašević.

Bosnian coach Bruno Akrapović has been revealed as the new manager of Shkendija, replacing Shpëtim Duro.

Rabotnichki promoted their top assistant, Tomislav Franc, to head coach as the replacement for Igor Angelovski.

Turnovo against Shkendija and Bregalnica versus Rabotnichki, that is the outcome of Monday’s draw for the semi-final pairings of the Macedonian Cup.

The North played another round before eventually heading into the long winter break. Lokomotiva kept the leading place by dismantling Lepenec, but Goblen Junior stayed within striking distance at just two points back.

Ljubanci moved into first place as the top of the table saw changes with both Makedonija GjP and Pelister losing this round, while Pobeda and Teteks got back in the promotion race.

Of the five third leagues, only the North continued to play instead of going on a winter break.

Pelister edged Pobeda in one of the biggest Macedonian derbies, Makedonija GjP was surprised by Vlazrimi 77 at home, Ljubanci beat Skopje away. The battle for the promotion places became tight again.

FK Pelister, the only team without a loss in the second division, has seen its players go on strike due to unpaid wages.
