The fifth round of the Macedonian top division concluded today with 11 Oktomvri securing their first points of the season while Rabotnicki was held to a home draw against Horizont Turnovo.

Poker wins for Karaorman and Podmocani, leaders Novaci kept the winning steak alive and have the maximum points after four rounds, while Mazatar remains without a point.

The Third League East also started this weekend with Tiverija, Astibo, Sasa, Bregalnica Delcevo, Babi, Plackovica, and Vasilevo winning their matches.  There were no draws in the first round.

The Third League North started this weekend. Promotion favorites Cementarnica 55 began the season with a convincing 5:2 road victory, Madzari Solidarnost beat Albarsa in the derby, while Bashkimi returned to playing football again after an absence of several years.

With two goals by Mensur Kurtisi, Shkendija defeated Renova 2:0 in the Tetovo derby during the 5th round in the First League.

Yani Urdinov has signed a deal with Rabotnicki, not Vardar as previously reported.

Urdinov was all set to join Vardar but his buyout clause was too high and Vardar has decided to go in another direction.

After the unsuccessful start of the season, Zdraveski resigned from 11 Oktomvri.

Skopje defeated Tikves in the last match of Round 3 in the Macedonian second division.

In the last game of Round 4, Vardar and Renova played a goalless draw.
